On Brett Kavanaugh

Tomorrow, the Senate will vote on whether Brett Kavanaugh deserves a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.

He doesn't.

Kavanaugh has multiple, credible accusations of sexual assault against him.

He claimed that a survivor of sexual assault coming forward was a partisan effort to avenge the Clintons.

His testimony to the Senate was full of exaggerations and outright lies.

He responded to Senators' questions with sarcasm, belligerence, accusations, and evasions.

It's simple: Kavanaugh has proven himself – over and over – unfit for America's highest seat of justice.

I urge my colleagues in the Senate to vote 'No.'
